Great thing Herbs Pro offers Nature’s Way Aloe Vera Gel & Juice; it totally helped me relieve constipation! I have tried it before and it was effective and safe for me compared to other over the counter medications as I fear of suffering from intense side effects. Also, what’s interesting about this article is that it stated several health benefits of an aloe vera, who would have thought right?! I personally only knew that it is mainly used for hair, to make it vibrant and thicker. It’s a great read knowing that it also aids in other health related conditions such as high blood pressure, digestion and surprisingly preventing HIV!

Although aloe vera has a lot of health benefits since it is high in vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and fatty acids, it is also known for its adaptogen property which helps in increasing a person’s ability to adapt. However, there has been a lot of issues surrounding its use as a treatment for HIV related diseases and cancers. Although some doctors use aloe vera juice to cure their cancer and HIV patients, aloe vera supplements haven’t been approved by any government body as a cure for these diseases and there haven’t been many studies and research that would support the effectivity and efficiency of aloe vera as a cure or prevention for these diseases since the chemicals found in it has not been tested.
