    It is true that in order to be a healthy athlete you need to understand that simply doing a lot of exercise is only half the battle.     I am an aspiring triathlete and in order for myself to be competent enough to join triathlon activities, I need to keep my body in great condition.     I was just wondering while reading this article if a person can take sports nutrition supplements even if they do not exercise as extensive as the athletes since I go to the gym at least twice or thrice a week. I’ve been considering buying one when my workout buddy gave me Plant Fusion Vanilla last week and I haven’t opened or even tried it since I do not know whether it’s okay to drink some. I just usually drink some fruit shake and I really find it such a waste not to drink it. I’ve seen a lot of good reviews regarding this product but most of them are athletes so I’m a bit hesitant.
