    Our need for daily quiet time is being pointed out to us as more and more research documents the need and the immense health benefits. The difficult part, I think, is making time by cutting down or cutting out other things. We have to first make the time and then to guard it preciously against other time commitments we may have. One of the most powerful benefits of enjoying daily quiet time is the kind of happiness it brings with it. We are all capable of feeling calm and centered.     You’re anxious, troubled, depressed. You’re upset about something. Do you expect to rest your mind and to sleep like a baby? All mentioned above are the best friends of sleeplessness. Yes, there are remedies. But are they good for you? Won’t you get addicted to them? Natural remedies for anxiety and better sleep is all you need. The reason you can’t sleep is your head is messed up. What synthetic medicines do is mess with your head more. Yes, they make you sleep but there are other things they do that you wouldn’t want to know. Say YES to natural and NO to synthetic. If you sleep right, you’ll wake up fresh!

    An increasing number of people are becoming more aware or their health nowadays. However, due to the fast-paced lifestyle of the modern days, a lot of people also experience lack of sleep and having anxiety even at an early age and the cause of it could be different from each other. Yoga has been really helpful for me to relax and sleep better despite my hectic schedule. It has been my form of meditation and exercise which really allows me to just master the art of breathing.     Having clients in the Asian region has gotten me working on the night shift and is quite difficult since you have to adjust even your sleeping hours. Especially in my case, I have 3 kids and I couldn’t sleep during the day on the weekends if I want to spend time with them. So every Monday morning is crucial for me because my work starts in the evening. If I am not able to sleep well, I feel so sluggish and moody. It affects both my family and work.
